This type of Reel consist of two plywood flanges, 2 or 3 metal stampings and cardboard core ( barrel).
Standard Flanges Sizes are from 200mm up to 300mm with 4mm up to 6mm thickness.
We also offer custom made Reels based on clients specifications and design.

Tube Reel
This type of Reel consist of two plywood flanges and core (barrel) which are assembled together by press machine using steel tubes.
Steel Tubes diameter is 19.5mm. Each reel can contain either 3 - 12 tubes depending on the reel size.
Barrel (core) used either plywood or cardboard, with diameter from 100mm up to 800mm.
Barrels diameter from 100mm up to 250mm can be made out of cardboard.
Plywood barrels sizes from 200mm up to 800mm with 3mm thickness.
